Corra Group offers Canada Criminal Research by Province or by the Canada Nationwide Criminal search, directly from the Canadian Police Information Centre (CPIC). The information is provided by the Royal Canadian Mounted Police. This resource provides convictions only. Non-conviction case information stored in the provincial criminal records system may not be found when running a CPIC search. Currently, there is no legislation that requires local police to submit criminal information to the CPIC resource. CPIC (Canadian Police Information Centre) Requirements
CPIC has modified the search requirements. The following information is required:

• Signed Release Form
• Copy of Two (2) Forms of Identification – The acceptable forms of ID are defined on the signed release and include:
  • Driver’s License (issued by Canadian province or territory)
  • Foreign Driver’s License
  • Canadian Passport
  • Foreign Passport
  • Certificate of Indian Status
  • Canadian Citizenship Card
  • Permanent Resident (PR) Card
  • Federal, Provincial or Municipal Identification Card
  • Military Family Identification Card (MFID)
  • NOTE: Social Insurance Number (SIN) and health cards will not be accepted for either form of identification.
