Nationwide DOT Lab-based Urine Drug Testing Services

Corra offers lab-based drug tests in compliance with the Department of Transportation's 5-panel drug testing regimen. Conduct DOT Random Drug and Alcohol Testing, Pre-employment Drug Screening, and Post-Accident tests in compliance with DOT procedures listed in 49 DFR Part 40. With our nationwide network of collection sites, your employees and job candidates can take tests near their homes, workplace, or on the road. Samples are tested at our HHS-certified laboratories as split specimens and reviewed by a board-certified Medical Review Officer (MRO). We provide documented chain of custody forms for all drug samples, and drug test results are returned through Corra's secure online background screening service.

Effective Oct 1st, 2010, the 5-panel DOT drug regimen tests for the following controlled substances:

    3. MDMA (Ecstasy)
    4. MDA
    5. MDEA
  • Opiates
    1. Codeine

    3. 6-AM (heroin)
